Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Algrow platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. Algrow reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Platform.

The Platform is operated by Algrow Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", "our") and provides technology tools for algorithmic trading on Indian stock exchanges including NSE, BSE, and MCX.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India with a valid PAN card and Demat account to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You must have an active trading account with one of our supported brokers (ICICI Direct, Zerodha, Angel One, Dhan, Fyers, or 5paisa) to use live trading features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not create multiple accounts, share your account with others, or transfer your account to another person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Platform provides tools for building, backtesting, and deploying algorithmic trading strategies. You may use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial trading purposes unless you are on an Enterprise plan.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of SEBI regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Platform (beyond the intended API usage)
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Platform access to third parties
• Manipulate markets or engage in practices prohibited by SEBI or stock exchanges

The Platform connects to third-party broker APIs to execute trades on your behalf. By connecting your broker account, you authorize Algrow to place orders through your broker as directed by your configured strategies.

Algrow is not responsible for broker downtime, API failures, order rejections, or any issues arising from the broker's systems. Your relationship with your broker is governed by your broker's own terms and conditions.

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and features are described on our Pricing page and may change. We will notify you of material pricing changes at least 30 days in advance.

Payments are processed through Cashfree Payments. By subscribing, you agree to Cashfree's terms of service. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

All content, code, designs, logos, and trademarks on the Platform are the property of Algrow Technologies. Strategies you create on the Platform remain your intellectual property. However, aggregated and anonymized data from backtests may be used to improve Platform services.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Algorithmic trading involves significant financial risk. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results.

Algrow is a technology platform and does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or recommendation services. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption arising from your use of the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting [email protected].

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
