Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are provided for Algrow subscription plans and credit purchases. By subscribing to Algrow, you agree to this policy.

Within 7 Days of Purchase

If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or upgrade. This applies to first-time purchases of Starter and Pro plans only.

After 7 Days

Subscription fees are non-refundable after the 7-day window. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Auto-Renewal Refunds

If your subscription auto-renews and you did not intend to continue, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the renewal charge. After 48 hours, standard refund terms apply.

Backtest credits included in your subscription plan are non-refundable. Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not carry over.

If a backtest fails due to a Platform error (not user configuration error), the consumed credits will be automatically restored to your account.

When upgrading from one plan to another mid-cycle, you will receive a pro-rata credit for the unused portion of your current plan, applied towards the new plan. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle with no pro-rata refund.

2. Include your registered email address and subscription details
3. Describe the reason for your refund request

Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

• No refunds for accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
• No refunds for free plan features or trial periods
• Trading losses incurred while using the Platform are not eligible for refund
• Enterprise plan refunds are governed by individual agreements
